My order has not arrived in full.
We aim to ship all orders in a single parcel whenever possible. However, if items are too bulky or require separate packaging, your order may be split into multiple parcels under the same tracking number. In such cases, some parcels might arrive before others. Please refer to your tracking link to check if your shipment includes multiple packages and to view the delivery status of each one.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 6 to 12 hours for the tracking information to become available, as Australia Post may take some time to update their system.
